PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

**We are currently processing orders in 5 business days***

This means 5 business days after the date of order. Some may be processed sooner based upon the amount of orders and the time it was placed.  From there, orders within the USA are delivered within 5 business days. For info on international shipping, please see the international shipping section. 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY/DAMAGES

At this time we are not accepting refunds or returns; however, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 10 business days of receiving your order so we can resolve it. This includes any items damaged in transit, missing items, or incorrect items.

EDITING AN ORDER ONCE ITS BEEN PLACED

If you need to make a change to your order, please notify us by email (contact@HoloGraveCosmetics.com) as soon as possible. This includes order cancellations, address adjustments, item changes, and combining orders. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to make the adjustment if not notified ASAP because of how soon our orders ship. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or items mistakenly ordered. It is important that you review your order details and confirmations closely and reach out immediately if any information appears incorrect.

RETURN TO SENDER ORDER

If your package is returned to us for an inaccurate shipping address, refusal of acceptance, outdated shipping info, or other reasons that are not directly at the fault of HoloGrave Cosmetics- but rather customer input or USPS, the returned package will be processed for a refund once arriving back to us, minus the non-refundable shipping fee that we are unable to recoup on returned packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

UPDATE FOR CANDA 11/4/25: CANADA SHIPPING WILL RETURN BEGINING 11/28 AT 12AM ET VIA DHL. THIS IS A NEW PERMANENT SWITCH IN SHIPPING TO AVOID DELAYS AND HAS BEEN FOUND TO REDUCE IMPORT FEES FOR OUR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS AFTER TESTING. 

UPDATE FOR EU 12/1: DUE TO NEW GPSR LAWS WE WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO SHIP TO THE EU. SHIPPING TO THE EU WILL CEASE 12/2 AT 11:59PM. WE ARE WORKING TO UNDERSTAND THESE NEW LAWS AND UPDATE TO BE ABLE TO RESTART SHIPPING THERE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, BUT BEING A SMALL BUSINESS, THIS IS LIKELY TO TAKE TIME.

AT THIS TIME WE ONLY SHIP TO US, CANADA, UK, AND AUSTRAILIA.

International packages are processed through USPS and handed off to the country of export. These packages include insurance. There may be limited tracking on your package until it reaches the destination country. These packages take around 15-30 days to deliver. Please be aware of this and contact us if these packages do not arrive within a 30-40 day time frame. Some have been very fast and only taking about a week or two, but it varies from country to country.

Duties, Fees, and Taxes - Our international shipping does not cover any additional duties, fees, and taxes that your country may have set in place. It is your responsibility to be aware and take care of any of these fees for the value of the items you have purchased. If these are not taken care of and the package is sent back to us, you will be refunded your order cost minus the shipping fee once we receive the items.

Please note that they customer service team is available Monday-Friday from 6:30am - 3:00pm ET with the exception of holidays and scheduled brand closures. Emails are generally replied to within 2 business days. Please send us another email if you do not hear back within that time frame.

Placing an order with us means that you have read and accept all of our polices listed above.
