Shipping policy

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 5 business days of purchase. Some orders may ship sooner depending on volume and order timing.

Once shipped, domestic orders are delivered within USPS' standard shipping timeframe.

A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their tracking and coordinate delivery. USPS Informed Delivery can be used for most shipments if delivery needs rescheduled or altered.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

Orders exceeding $200 USD may require a signature upon delivery at HoloGrave Cosmetics' discretion and expense. This is to protect high-value shipments and can also be managed via USPS Informed Delivery for most shipments. If you are unable to receive a signature delivery, please contact customer support before your order ships.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or is incorrect, you must contact us within 10 business days of delivery at Contact@HoloGraveCosmetics.com or by utilizing our contact form. Claims outside this timeframe cannot be reviewed. 

We may request images for verification or for a shipment to be returned to HoloGrave Cosmetics to verify any evidence before resolving a claim. 

LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

HoloGrave Cosmetics is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered or available for pickup by the carrier. 

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Packages marked as delivered, but not found (theft, building mail rooms, access to mailbox)
  • Packages held at the local post office for any reason, awaiting customer pickup
  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer entry error. 

If your tracking shows as delivered and you have not received your package or your package shows no movement or appears lost in transit, contact us to begin an insurance claim. All packages are covered via Shipsurance. Reshipments or refunds are issued only upon successful claim approval and any customer verification steps required of Shipsurance for the claim. 

EDITING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at Contact@HoloGraveCosmetics.com or by utilizing our contact form. Changes cannot be made if an order has already started the shipping process and has a tracking number assigned to it.

We are not responsible for Incorrect addresses entered at checkout, items ordered in error, or order cancellations once the order has began shipping. 

Please review your order checkout page and confirmation email carefully to review all information is correct. Placing an order verifies acceptance of these policies. 

RETURN TO SENDER

If a package is returned to us due to an inaccurate address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or any reason outside of HoloGrave Cosmetics' control, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost once the package is received and processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We are unable to intercept or reroute packages. If the package is in transit back to us, it is subject to these rules. 

We are not responsible for delays in the return shipping process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship domestically (to the USA) and to Canada, UK, and Australia. 

USA: Ships via USPS.

Canada: Ships via DHL. 

Everywhere Else: Ships via Flat Export. International orders are processed through USPS and transferred to the destination country's postal service upon export. Delivery typically takes 15-30 days, though some shipments arrive sooner. Contact us if your package as not arrived within 40 days. 

DUTIES, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES

All duties, taxes and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your country and are not included in your shipping cost for either DHL or Flat Export options. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties or fees, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost once received.

Tracking may be limited for Flat Export options once a package leaves the USA.

International packages are subject to the same policies as domestic orders in addition to the ones outlined here.

Responses within 2 business days. If you have not received a reply within that time, please send a follow-up email.
