Moon Water® Activated Liner
The best kind of eyeliner is one that you never have to worry about drying out. Moon Water Liners are reactivated into a fresh liner every use for consistently bold and beautiful colors that are easy to work with.
To use: Just add in a drop of distilled water to activate the formula and mix with a brush (though we do recommend our eyeliner brushes due to being made with this formula in mind to hold the water-activated pigment). We're all for whimsy here, so if you wish to charge your distilled water vessel by the full moon, we'd support it.
Moon Water Liners allow you to easily swipe off pigment just as easily as it was swiped on due to being water activated and able to be removed in the same way. They have a resistance to oils of the skin to remain in place for moderate wear, but rinse off when you're ready without hard scrubbing.
These liners rehydrate and activate every time, so there's no permanently dried out pots or wasted product. Easy application and removal for those who love to play and create graphic eyeliner looks. Just be sure to allow them to dry before resealing them after each use to make sure they're ready to go again the next time.
